claims as Coffee CERTIFIED LAB & TEST CENTRE acting & perform as
an agent/representative for overseas coffee parties / associations.
Coffee & Tea Academy of Hong Kong & P.R.China is the only
official body & authority in Hong Kong SAR with international
reputation & status for Asian & International Coffee
communities, coffee lovers & coffee industrialists & players to
protect their interests & business development as well as promote
educational & training platform & programs for Hong Kong &
international coffee communities.
We are skeptical of that party claims as so-called the "Only" &
"CERTIFIED LAB & TEST CENTRE" in town and THERE ARE NO international
authorities', institutes and/or so-called associations are being
recognized as official body status acting as Coffee CERTIFIED LAB &
TEST CENTRE.
This
misleading signal by this so-called Coffee CERTIFIED LAB & TEST
CENTRE in town of HONG KONG SAR would endanger new comers of coffee
lovers & coffee business communities being received a misleading
& wrong guide lines and signal of what they are offering services
and training programs are judged as professional standard index,
standardization grading & quality guide line & international
standard.
Also, we had
few graduates from 2009 courses whom have claim they are qualified
cuppers and examiners as well as judges for barista training programs
and championship as well as roasting courses. For the benefit of general
public, we have to announce to all parties that those 2009 graduates
were graduated only from our beginner courses and they are NOT good
enough with experience, technical skills and qualifications to perform
as so-called "Certified Trainers/CUppers/Examiners". There are NO
international authorities called "standardization for "Certified
Trainers/Cuppers/Examiners"
" recognized by Ours Academy & Association and international Governments.
So far, until today, for human history, there is NO international
official recognized standard & index of Coffee Quality due to many
agri-factors and culture factors.

這誤導信號這個所謂的咖啡認證的實驗室和測試中心在香港特區會危及新加入的咖啡愛好者,咖啡企業界得到一個錯誤的引導線和信號的專業標準指標化,標準化和質量分級指導線及國際標準。
此外,我們有從 2009年的課程畢業生從 2009年的課程已聲稱他們有資格 cuppers和試卷以及咖啡師培訓計劃和冠軍以及coffee 焙燒課程,我們要announce那些2009畢業生從我們的初學者課程和他們不夠經驗,技術技能和資格,以履行所謂的“認證培訓師 / Cuppers /考官”。

序言:
咖啡是僅次於石油工業之次大經濟巨大產業。
但咖啡政治和社會方面的問題; 於政治上亦可動輒世界。
本學院及協會致力硏究咖啡於社會的問題。尤其於大中華市場之結構、發展、潛力與國際競爭環境及地緣政治時勢之審度。
如何保障國人同行於大中華市場利益不被現代版本”洋買辦” 挾洋自重; 出賣可貴之國人大中華市場。近來大中華各地有少數現代版本”洋買辦” 開路引夷入駐大中華市場、打其歐美咖啡認證標準及檢測系統旗幟、利用崇洋心態、一般人士定必被誤導。
實巳超英趕美、何需挾洋自重、自貶身段
其一:本學院及協會多年於環球致力硏究咖啡及推廣教育認證系統、直致於首位華人及亜洲人于聯合國大會講台上就咖啡全球產業之發言;可謂區內同業、無出其右。
其二:大部分亜洲人甚至歐美人仕都誤解;以為咖啡文化及歷史始歐洲,一切技術及標準必然地以為歐美二洲集團馬首是膽。誰不知這是極大之群眾盲點及誤區。
其三: 咖啡歷史文獻可查, 源自中東及東非地區。全為回教國度、故,咖啡實為回教文化與產業、歷經千年歲月、鄂圖曼帝國覆蓋全歐及十字軍交戰經年、由天主教廷教宗飲第一杯咖啡開始、咖啡就傳入以東正教、基督教、天主教之社會民眾生活中至今天。
本學院及協會以卑微之身段但目視全球之策略; 逐步進而與及建立國人本身咖啡產業之標準、系統、指標及認證制度。竭止目光短視急功近利之個人人仕及商行出於自身私利而出賣犧牲大中華同行及國家整體長、中、短期利益。
由於這些的咖啡問題是有政治基礎上爭議性,“咖啡政治”這個名字選擇了這部分。這個名字反映了當前大中華仝人與外商競爭力的差距。
就這些事宜。本會討論的咖啡和社會之間的關係。我們認為,各種國際和環境問題有關咖啡的政策,提到了各生產國及消費國社會政治、經濟政策的變化會影響咖啡業之此消彼長現象。
大多數人都同意,可持續性,公平貿易咖啡,有機及樹蔭下種植咖啡,鳥類友好咖啡具有重要意義。然而,把這些社會政策問題取得成果的特點是與咖啡的質量問題和成本問題與咖啡產業結構及發展至關重要 。
結語、國人同業、相互良性競爭、此乃常情。但現代版本”洋買辦” 開路引夷入駐大中華、獻媚獻計、協助夷商于大中華建立以歐美利益集團為核心利益之---
“”所謂””----“’他們歐美的標準與系統及認證制度”” 強加於大中華市場。
